OUR LOCATIONS

The USO San Antonio Downtown Community Center provides a comfortable home away from home for military members and their families to relax and enjoy themselves…just steps away from the historic Riverwalk and within walking distance to River Center Mall, the IMAX Theater, the Alamo, Ripley’s Wax Museum, the Buckhorn Museum and many great restaurants.

Guests can enjoy:

Complimentary snacks, coffee and juice.
Two lounge areas that are ideal for visiting with friends, reading, watching TV, or just taking a break.
Recreation area is a great place to play pool, ping pong, darts, chess, and other board games. Come in with friends or make new ones.
Computers are available for surfing the net or checking email from friends and family.
Coat/Package Check - You can leave your coats/packages in our Coat Check, so there’s no need to carry them around with you all day…just pick them up when you’re finished enjoying downtown San Antonio.
Check out a PlayStation2 game, or a DVD or VHS movie to enjoy during your visit at the center.

Saturday Donation Lunch Plate – enjoy a good meal for just a buck. Served every Saturday from 1130 to 1400, or until all the food is served.

Wednesdays - Fridays 9 a.m. - 5 p.m.

Saturdays 9 a.m. - 7 p.m.

Airport Reception Center

Located at San Antonio International Airport, Terminal 2 just outside security, the Airport Reception Center provides assistance to military personnel traveling to and from San Antonio.
Services include:

Information about connecting ground transportation to local military installations.
Information about connecting ground transportation to local hotels and motels.
A lounge area that includes coffee, snacks, board games, reading material, and a big-screen TV.
